With the deck shoe obsession still in play, adidas welcomes an addition to its roster with the brand’s own rendition of the classic Summer staple. This version from the three stripes boasts a more contemporary look with a black canvas base, tonal black leather piping, and crisp white outsoles. Retailing for only $60 USD, these can now be found through select retail accounts, including David Z.

On 7/24 Google wants you to grab a camera, document your day, upload it to YouTube and help be part of a compelling story that will premiere at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. Acne 2011 Spring/Summer Sunglasses Preview
Acne designer Jonny Johansson’s recent inspiration for his Spring/Summer 2011 line stems from an adolescent memory: Discotecs. Johansson recalls his youth and Disco fashion such as platform shoes, polyester, and wide-legged pants certainly motivating him to create mirror-like frames with unorthodox lens shapes. Acne’s recent presentation in Paris also displayed their collaboration with Thierry Lasky. The Spring/Summer 2011 line is expected to attract a multitude of sunglass enthusiasts with their wide range of colors and shapes.

Apple’s new iPhone 4 has exceeded the expectations of many, yet its 5-megapixed camera is outdated compared to some of its competitors like HTC’s Evo 4G, which has an 8-megapixel camera. A recent prototype around the net shows how a distinct character created a special tripod to attach a DSLR lens to the iPhone 4. A creation like this can certainly help a traveling photographer who is not keen to carrying equipment around or interest one who wants to enter the world of photography.

Modifying the adidas Nizza silhouette and continuing the OT Tech series, adidas originals are about to launch these new colorways of the adidas Nizza High OT Tech. Opting for premium leather uppers and gentle blue, cream and black colourways with matching laces – each shoe is complete with a white toe cap and outsole. The stand out features on these versions is firstly, the option to switch from the standard lacing, to a zip-up and secondly, the white heel tab which uniquely sticks out a little lower than what we’re used to seeing on other models. For the long-anticipated Veyron Super Sports – which follows in the tire tracks of upgraded Super Sports models from the marque’s history – Bugatti has tweaked the engine to produce an extra 200 horsepower over the “standard” model’s 1000. The resulting 1200-horse output, combined with revised aerodynamics, was enough for Bugatti to claim the land speed record at 267.81 miles per hour, achieved at parent company Volkswagen’s proprietary Ehra-Lessian test track in the presence of officials from the Guiness Book of World Records and the German Technical Inspection Agency, making it official.
The Veyron Super Sports will be unveiled officially next month at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, after which full details of customer availability will be announced. For now we know that the first five production models will be painted the same black and neon orange paint scheme as the test vehicle you see here.

Ransom by adidas Originals “The Valley”
Originally previewed back in May, the Ransom by adidas Originals campaign continues with this simple high-top design. The latest model in the collection features suede uppers, leather lining and white outsoles, complete with a padded ankle panel and minimal branding throughout. The Valley shoe is available in either a grey or a navy colorway and shall be available soon at select stockists.

Nike 2010 Spring/Summer Lunar Presto Rejuven8
The latest hybrid style to join the Nike ranks is one that combines one of Nike’s most iconic running uppers with some of its latest innovations. The Lunar Presto Rejuven8 combines a Lunarlite tooling for a low-weight shoe and a Rejuven8-style upper for breathablility and comfort. The aesthetics are borrowed from Nike’s popular Presto upper. This model joins a series of colorways that have popped up recently however it is rumored this pair is destined as a Footlocker exclusive.

From the makers of the Custom Batpod comes the latest movie-inspired motorbike: the Tron Legacy Lightcycle ($35,000). While the movie doesn’t hit theaters until December, anyone who saw the original knows the lightcycle races will be the highlight of the film, making the five Lightcycles instant classics. Unlike the Batpod, these are built to be street-legal, with custom 22-inch hubless wheels, custom Hoosier tires, electric or gasoline motors, two-inch hardened steel frames, carbon fiber/fiberglass bodies, and neon hidden behind frosted plexiglass for the accent colors.
